Returns & Refund Policy
At Aragonite Handmade Jewellery, we take pride in the quality of our handmade pieces. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

Contact us at waziriesmat584@gmail.com to request a return. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right for you.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired piece.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction and post the amount back to your account.
