What is the status of my order?
Once you place an order with Aragonite Handmade Jewellery, a confirmation email will be sent to you instantly. Once your order is carefully packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with a link to track your package. You can also view your order status anytime from the "Order History" section on your account page.

Can I change my order?
We understand that sometimes you might wish to update your order. You can make changes only if your jewellery order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet. To request any changes, kindly reach out to our support team through the "Contact Us" form or via our Live Chat box as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes — we accept returns under the following conditions:

The jewellery piece must have been purchased from our official online store.

It should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any) must be intact.

Return or exchange requests should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 72 hours of placing them. After this period, your handcrafted jewellery moves into production, and cancellations won’t be possible unless an incorrect item was ordered. If you need to cancel, please email us within the 72-hour window.

How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your handmade jewellery is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and a text notification with your order details. You can track your delivery using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Yes — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your delivery address. To request this, kindly reach out to us via the "Contact Us" form.
